15px;'>去年年底，陶先生因气胸在外院接受治疗，一个多月后“痊愈”出院。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.1429em;'><span style='font-size: 15px;'>然而，回家刚刚半个月，他就又开始咳嗽、气喘，而且症状越来越严重，病情再不能拖延。无奈之下，今年1月30号 他由家属陪同，匆忙来到泰州四院就诊。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.1429em;'><span style='font-size: 15px;text-indent: 2.1429em;'>根据陶先生当时咳嗽、气喘的症状，接诊的全科医学科主任王相东考虑除肺部感染的可能外，应该还有其他原因，故当即将其收治入院。入院检查时，陶先生呼吸气促加重，脸色苍白，经CT检查发现他的右侧气胸病情严重，右肺压缩几乎达到100%，脉氧指数已经跌至72%，若不迅速治疗，将会带来生命危险。面对这紧急情况，全科医学科迅速启动应急预案，联系胸外科专家前来协助，实施多学科联合救治。在紧急救治过程中，多学科医疗团队为陶先生实施了排气和置管引流手术，及时进行穿刺抽气，将气胸腔内的空气排出，随后放置了引流管，持续排除胸腔内的空气和液体。同时，还给予患者抗感染治疗。经过近两个小时的救治，陶先生的病情得到了缓解。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.1429em;'><span style='font-size: 15px;'>陶先生在之前治疗经历中，几度遭遇引流管脱落再重新置入所带来的痛苦。而这次在泰州四院，医护人员以精湛的技术和丰富经验，几乎“无痛”地为陶先生置入了导管，整个置入过程中，陶先生没有感到明显的不适，后期导管未脱落。这一治疗经历，让陶先生彻底摆脱了“置管恐惧症”，同时也对四院全科医学科医护人员的护理服务水平给予了高度评价。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.1429em;'>泰州四院全科医学科是集医、教、研一体的综合性临床一级科室。于2022年成立。科室现有床位40张，科内人员结构合理，有医护人员共15名;其中主任医师2名，主治医师4名，住院医师1名，硕士研究生1名，医疗团队成员既有处理多学科疾病的能力，又有各自专科特长。</p><p style='text-indent: 2.1429em;'>科室拥有心电图机，心电监护仪，心电除颤仪，中药透向治疗仪，吸痰器及无创呼吸机等多种检查、治疗及（与）抢救设备。</p><p style='text-indent: 2.1429em;'>目前科室收治病种主要涉及内科常见病、多发病及慢性病的急性发作、疑难危重病人的诊治、慢性病的长期管理与康复、健康管理与促进，还收治全科特色病种:1.未分化疾病，即暂时无法进行专科归属的全身性疾患。2.多系统疾病共存状态，涉及多器官、多系统的慢性病诊治、需同时就诊几个专科的疾病。3.心身-身心疾病，即暂未能明确诊断的罕见（少见）病种。</p><p
