margin-top: 8px; margin-bottom: 8px; box-sizing: border-box;'><span style='color: rgb(123, 12, 0);'><strong>二、必须突出重点，坚决落实各项工作举措。</strong></span><span style='color: rgb(0, 0, 0);'>各部门、各单位要“上心上心再上心”，抓好安全隐患排查整治工作。建筑施工领域：要紧盯建筑工地消防安全管理，强化施工现场消防安全管理制度和应急处置措施落实，加强重点环节安全管理以及坚持分类施策与惩教结合。城镇燃气领域：要加快实施餐饮场所“瓶改管、气改电”，聚焦使用燃气的餐饮等人员密集场所用户主体责任落实不到位、使用不合格“瓶灶管阀气”等五个方面突出隐患，开展全覆盖专项排查整治。地下管网领域：要加大隐患排查力度、健全相关领域制度以及提高隐患整改质量。交通运输领域：要抓好农村道路交通安全管理，补齐短板弱项。同时积极配合市级职能部门，落实各项举措。既有建筑暨自建房领域：要针对公共建筑、自建房“回头看”、既有建筑、大跨度建筑排查整治时间节点，逐条逐项抓好贯彻落实。物业消防领域：聚焦居民住宅小区消防设施、疏散通道、违规充电等八个方面突出隐患开展一轮全覆盖专项排查整治。危废处置和核与辐射领域：要紧盯重点企业、重点场所等，统筹推进全区危险废物规范化管理工作，严格落实产废单位污染治理的主体责任。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.125em;
