text-indent: 2.125em;'><span style='outline: 0px;font-size: 15px;color: rgb(0, 0, 0);'>在辅助性就业方面，宋雅为残疾人朋友寻找了很多劳动强度低、操作简单易上手的劳动项目，如叠纱布、抓夹的组装、拧螺丝、医疗用品的包装等。宋雅利用节假日，通过网络自学串珠技艺，她与另一名热衷手工技艺的聋哑女孩共同成立了雅慧手工坊，组织动员辖区内的残疾人一起“编织五彩人生”，他们进行串珠、十字绣、丝网花等手工工艺品的制作，组织了多场大型义卖活动，大家被残疾人心灵手巧、自强不息的精神所感动，慷慨解囊奉献爱心购买。增强残疾人的就业本领，为更好地融入社会创造有利条件。</span></p><p style='outline: 0px;
