2.1333em;'>徐健萍是一名稻河社区的居民，她18岁进入泰州二布厂做挡车工，在岗期间一直任劳任怨，不畏困难，积极帮助同事，完成任务。始终站在生产一线，做好同事的带头人，在不影响自己生产线质量的前提下，勇挑重担，做好技术帮传帮带教工作。把自己的工作经验和挡车技术全部传授给新工人，告诉他们做一个挡车工必须能吃苦，要爱岗。同事自己积极参加各类培训，提升自身业务能力。在三班倒这个平凡的岗位上获得了劳动者最高荣誉，全国劳动模范的光荣称号，退休后继续在社区担任网格信息员，继续发光发热。</p><section
