box-sizing: border-box;'><span style='text-indent: 2em;letter-spacing: 0px;box-sizing: border-box;'>“相信每一朵花都有她的芬芳。”这是肖晓兰老师的教育格言，无论遇到怎样的学生，她都能做到尊重他，相信他，寻找他的闪光点并加以扩大，让他看到前进的目标与方向，从而绽放精彩。小珩（化名）就是最好的例子。小珩人高马大，态度散漫，学习积极性不高。在校运会上，他因为跳远成绩不错，被选拔为校运动队员。她无条件地支持他参加训练，即便作业没做好也没事。听说小珩有暗恋的女生，她就以此为动力鼓励他：“让心仪的女生看到你，让所有的同学看到你。”从此，他卖力地参与训练。区运动会上，他被钉鞋戳破了手，鲜血直流，但他坚持参加完比赛，获得了区跳远比赛第一名。在春游的时候，她组织班上的同学为他开庆功会，意外的惊喜让他泣不成声。由此，小珩慢慢改变，变得爱学习，肯努力，期末成绩第一次全优，第一次荣获了三好生。尊重和相信能激发孩子，关爱则能改变孩子的一生。她爱学生，尤其是那些身处困境的孩子，她为离异家庭的孩子保守秘密，给留守的儿童单独开小灶，给单亲家庭的孩子送去温暖。当孩子青春期逆反时，她以海纳百川的胸襟包容他；当孩子爱情萌动时，她会以游戏的方式引导他们如何正确相处；当孩子沉迷网络游戏时，她更多的是告诫和警醒。因为她深知，爱学生不是一味地宠溺、放任，而是用学生能接受的方式慢慢修正。生命教育是她和学生经常讨论的话题，她带领学生在阅读、调查、辩论和内心独白中明白生命的可贵，学会化解情绪的种种方法。热爱生命，首先是热爱生活。在经东，她带领孩子们感受劳动的快乐；在迎春，她和学生一起培植花草，一起做美食，一起在赛场上加油呐喊,一起放飞毕业的纸飞机……2020年，面对肆虐的新冠疫情，她一边做好疫情期间防疫安全保障工作，一边创建停课不停学的有效模式，安抚学生和家长的情绪，宣传正能量，带领学生以积极的心态抗击疫情。</span><br style='box-sizing: border-box;'></p><p style='text-indent: 2em; box-sizing: border-box;'><span style='font-size: 16px;color: rgb(68, 64, 64);box-sizing: border-box;'>2013年，在东片居民的期盼之中，城东小学经东校区正式招生。她响应领导号召，路途迢迢，来到了还未完全竣工的校区，开疆辟土，规划布置经东校区图书馆大楼。当年，学生阅览大厅的每一本图书几乎都是她亲手摆放，那是成千上万册图书。好书推介区、电子阅览区、学生阅览区（分设低、中、高三大板块），再配以学校特意安排的各色桌凳，色彩分明，错落有致。学校阅览大厅获得了来自区、市、省领导甚至国家督学的一致赞誉，泰州市大阅读宣传片也以此拍摄了许多镜头，这其中包含了她默默奉献的辛劳。为了营造良好的读书氛围，她更是绞尽脑汁。书香家庭的评选，书香家庭图书吧的建立，阅读推介大使的评选，文学社团的创办……各种各样丰富的读书活动不仅传播了文学的力量，还改变了经东校区部分家庭的生活习惯，让阅读成为孩子与家庭每天生活的日常，她也荣幸地当选为泰州市首届校园阅读导师。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2em;
