运动员正以时不我待的干劲，拼搏在训练场。“每年都会组织教练员赴学校进行2次竞技体育后备人才选拔，通过现场测试、集中试训等多种方式，发现、挖掘有潜质的优秀体育苗子，为全市的竞技体育不断补充新鲜血液。”泰兴市少儿业余体校校长周扬介绍。为实现体教融合，增强运动员备战省运会积极性，畅通优秀运动员升学渠道，泰兴市为省运会初三运动员协调解决高中升学问题。今年在“5621项目”中新增了几所学校，通过提前布局，提升学生参与竞技体育的积极性、促进学生增强体质、助力学生全面发展，发挥出“1+1>2”的效应。</span></p><p 16px;'>2022年，江苏省第二十届运动会体适能、排球、足球等项目，将在泰兴市举办。通过植入“5G智慧脑”，合理规划布局，泰兴市体育馆为参赛人员和市民提供便捷、舒适、智慧化的赛事服务。北大门通过红外测温仪，为赛事提供防疫测温服务，保障运动员安心参赛。打造赛事实时传输智能化系统，将赛场情况第一时间，上传至省运会泰州筹委会。将人脸识别融入体育场馆出入口控制系统中，泰兴市公安局大数据中心联网，提高身份核验效率，保持出入口通畅，减少排队拥挤情况。</span></p><p 2em;'>泰兴市以营造省运氛围、提升民生质量、带动城市发展为出发点，创新思路、转变方式，掀起全民健身的新热潮。全市积极开展了“永葆初心本色，同心共迎省运”等全民迎省运系列活动，营造了“激情省运 健康泰兴”浓厚氛围。依托此次体育盛会的办赛契机，泰兴市有序推进“体育五进”工作。今年以来，已培训社会体育指导员100余人，指导社区举办趣味运动、广场舞展示等活动。开展“健身气功进校园”活动，提高学生身体素质。引导机关干部职工关注骨骼健康，不断提高健身意识和健康水平。对全市室外健身路径场地1130处、篮球场294个进行了全面排查，拆除所有过期和损坏器材。支持企业建成健身活动室、篮球场等，提高全市人均体育场地面积指标值。</p><p
