box-sizing: border-box;'><span style='text-indent: 2em;box-sizing: border-box;'>最后，钱萍组织大家交流了二轮复习期间各校的有效做法，以便校际之间互相取长补短。她肯定了各校备考工作中“实”“细”“新”的举措，并结合翔实的数据分析提醒与会人员，作文是语文成绩的“压舱石”，冲刺阶段，老师除了帮助学生进行个性化的素材积累，还要从写作思维提升、写作支架提供、写作形式适应等方面，提高作文复习教学的有效性。钱萍表示，有限的备考时间内，教学的精准度尤为重要，老师们既要紧盯备考的“最后一公里”，同时不忘回看“最初一公里”，回溯学生失分的首因，回溯教材梳理的盲区，回溯作业选用的适切，确保抓牢重点，突破难点，保持冲刺阶段语文教学的韧性。</span><br style='box-sizing: border-box;'></p><p style='text-indent: 2em;
