2px;'>2017年4月起运行ISO15189质量管理体系，2018科室经过多年发展，目前为融医、教、研为一体的江苏省临床重点专科、泰州市临床重点学科，泰州市临床检验质量控制中心依托单位、泰州市医学会检验分会主委单位。人员配置合理，逐步形成学科带头人、管理及业务骨干、后备人才梯队；现有专业技术人员75名，其中博士研究生3名、硕士研究生12名，在读博士2名、硕士在读12人，执业医师11人；拥有博士研究生导师、硕士研究生导师、省“333工程”高层次人才培养对象、省“卫生拔尖人才”、省“六大人才高峰”培养对象及泰州市“311工程”高层次人才培养对象多名；科室总面积6000近平方米，整体布局合理，受到省内外专家认可；拥有生化流水线、免疫流水线、血细胞分析流水线、全自动血细胞形态分析仪、尿液流水线、超高液相串联质谱、血凝仪、免疫发光分析仪、全自动细菌分枝杆菌培养检测系统、全自动微生物鉴定及药敏分析系统、全自动快速微生物质谱检测系统、微生物快速动态检测系统、流式细胞仪、实时荧光定量PCR仪、凝胶图象处理系统、荧光及倒置显微镜等先进的仪器设备。科室围绕临床需求开展检验工作，积极引进新技术，开展新项目。</span></section><section
