0);'>当天上午，按照村干部的通知，姜堰区溱潼镇湖南村70岁的村民王奶奶没有吃早饭，早早来到村卫生室。在这里，来自溱潼人民医院的4名医生已经忙开了，他们有的给村民测量血压，有的为村民做五官检查……接待王奶奶的是该院副院长、心血管科专家王骅。王奶奶告诉他，这段时间以来，她经常有头昏的感觉，但不算太严重，以为血压有点高，就让儿子给她买了点降压药，但吃下后好像效果不明显。经测量，王奶奶的血压、血糖还算正常，精神还不错，是什么原因导致她头昏呢？王骅决定为她做心电图等检查。很快，结果出来了：王奶奶的心率每分钟只有40多次，而正常成年人的心率在每分钟60——100次，王奶奶属于心率过缓。</span></p><p 0);'>“我们经常接诊一些老年患者，他们存在一个认知误区，觉得头晕是高血压或者低血糖引起，在家自行服药，但头晕始终未见好转，发展到严重时就会突然晕倒。”王骅说，如果经常头晕，特别是老年人，要警惕心律失常的可能性，而一旦确诊，患者最好在医生指导下进行治疗。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;letter-spacing: 0);'>借此机会，王骅向大家做了一次科普宣传：缓慢型心律失常主要包括心动过缓，伴有或不伴有快速性心律失常的病态窦房结综合征和高度房室传导阻滞。虽然在所有年龄都可以发生缓慢性心律失常，但老年人发生得多，传导系统的缺血或纤维化是常见的原因。所以，60岁以上人群，出现头晕、近期内记忆力的显著下降、乏力、活动耐量下降，甚至出现晕厥，都要考虑是否是心动过缓导致，最好去医院做个动态心电图评估。最后，他约了王奶奶到医院做进一步检查。</span></p></section><section 2em;'>据了解，湖南村是溱潼人民医院下基层免费体检的首站。该村65岁及以上老年人和严重精神障碍患者低收入人口共有近1000名，医生们将在此免费体检5天，体检项目包括血压、身高、体重、皮肤、淋巴结、心脏、肺部、腹部等常规体格检查以及五官和运动功能的一般检查，以及空腹血糖、血常规、尿常规、肝功能（血清谷草转氨酶、血清谷丙转氨酶和总胆红素）、肾功能（血清肌酐和尿素氮）、心电图、B超（肝胆胰脾）、血脂（总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇）。此外，还为村民提供健康咨询指导和干预。</span></p><p 2em;'>溱潼人民医院院长杨庆勇说，此次免费体检工作是该院推出的新的惠民举措，通过上门进行健康体检，解除老年人不方便出行的烦恼，同时减少人员聚集交叉感染的风险。本轮体检活动将持续近一个月，他们将走遍全镇的每个村和社区。体检结束后，医院会对每一位老人的体检结果进行评估并按时反馈体检结果，建立电子健康档案，动态掌握老年人健康状况，有效提升老年人健康水平和生活质量。</span></p></section><section
