style='text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;letter-spacing: 0px;'><span style='color: rgb(0, 0, 0);line-height: 2em;'>1998年，凌建军毕业于南京大学历史系。2000年夏天，怀揣回报家乡梦想，凌建军成为泰隆集团的一名学徒工。在理科基础薄弱的情况下，他开始了艰苦的自学。为记住数控机床上的全部按键名称并熟练操作流程，他每天早上6:30上班，至少工作12小时，每月工作时间都在300小时以上。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;letter-spacing: 0px;'><span style='color: rgb(0, 0, 0);line-height: 2em;'>“我把高中数学书拿出来重新翻了一下，同时到设备科借书，一本本复印下来，慢慢地学习。那个时候，正常学到晚上十一二点钟，睡觉的时候，都梦见操作机床。”凌建军说。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;letter-spacing: 0px;'><span style='color: rgb(0, 0, 0);line-height: 2em;'>就这样，他拼命学习、摸索，只用了两三个月的时间，就掌握了机床操作技能并能单独上机操作。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;letter-spacing: 0px;'><span style='color: rgb(0, 0, 0);line-height: 2em;'>如今，凌建军已成为省内数控机床行业的技术高手。在2014年的“江苏技能状元”决赛中，每位选手领取两块长、宽、高只有几厘米的合金钢，通过数控机床完成十多种高难度的加工工序。在这场高手如林的激烈竞争中，凌建军荣获全省第三名，成为泰州第一位数控领域技能比赛获奖者。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;letter-spacing: 0px;'><span style='color: rgb(0, 0, 0);line-height: 2em;'>“要想永远站在技术前列，让企业在技术改造大潮中屹立不倒，必须发挥好‘传帮带’作用，让身边工友共同进步。”凌建军说。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;'>为此，他整理汇总多年来记录基础理论和操作实践知识的几十本笔记，编制出数控机床操作规程、加工中心编程手册、设备维护保养手册以及数十种加工工件操作规范，供同事学习参考。他还利用下班时间、节假日，不计报酬为新员工做岗前培训，为老员工做转岗再就业培训，对优秀员工进行一对一技术指导。在他的帮助下，企业先后有四百多人顺利获评技师，并在泰州市组织的各类职工技能竞赛中多次获奖。</span></p></section></section></section></section><section
