16px;'>鉴于小王面临房屋即将被拍卖、就业受阻的困境，检察官当即展开调查。先是调取原审卷宗，查明授权委托书及抵债协议的签订时间，接着至公安、社区等部门核实小王的出生日期，确认签订以房抵债协议时，小王仅年满 14 周岁。</span></p><p style='margin-bottom: 5px;text-indent: 2em;'><br></p><p
