16px;'>3.农村村民住宅的征收补偿标准:征收该地块涉及农村村民住宅的，由相关镇(街道、园区、办事处)测算补偿。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2em;'><span style='text-indent: 2em;caret-color: red;font-size: 2em;'>他相关权利人应在本公告期限内，持土地权属证书或其他证明材</span><span style='caret-color: red;'>料到被征收土地所在村(居民委员会)办理征地补偿登记手续，</span><span style='caret-color: red;text-indent: 2em;'>同时办理注销土地登记手续，缴回土地证书，请相互转告;逾期不办理征地补偿登记手续的，将被视为放弃应有的权益，并由自然资源和规划部门注销土地证书。</span></span></p><p style='text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 16px;font-family: Helvetica, Arial,
